UMS Refund, Exchange and Returns Policy

At UMS we know you will love the quality of the uniforms you purchase, which is why we guarantee our products for 5 years against any raw material or manufacturing faults. If your uniform has a fault, we will exchange, refund, or repair the garment.

If you have changed your mind on a purchase, we will exchange your item or refund you (full priced items only) provided that:

- You return the item within 30 days from the original purchase date.

- You can provide proof of your purchase (receipt) when you return the item.

- The item is in original saleable condition, in particular all original tags and sewn labels must be attached, the item must not have been worn, washed, or labelled.

- UMS will not be responsible for freight or postage.
For hygiene reasons and to protect your health and the health of others, we are unable to refund or exchange the following items for change of mind or wrong sizing:

- Socks

- Swimwear

- Hats

- Hair Accessories

- Undergarments
