Refund policy

Refund Policy

We provide a 5-year guarantee on all our products for raw material and manufacturing faults. If a product has a fault, we will exchange, refund, or repair the product.

We will accept products for exchange or refund due to change of mind provided that:

  • The customer has proof of purchase
  • It is within one month from the original purchase date
  • Products are in original condition with all tags and packaging
  • Garments have not been washed, worn, or named

Please note that we will not be responsible for refunding postage charges when garments purchased online are returned under this policy.
